Cycleast is hosting six straight Friday nights of bike camping at McKinney Falls State Park!
Our goal is to inspire folks to get out into the backcountry by offering opportunities to get comfortable and confident with quick, local overnighters. In conjunction with this Bike Camping 101 series, we are hosting a Gear Talk at Cycleast on April 7, free and open to the public.
This series is organized by bikepacker Ally Mabry, Cycleast's marketing guru. Ally has biked many local s24o's in addition to the Oregon Outback and 1200 miles of the Baja Divide. She's going to make sure you're ready to rock your next bicycle adventure.
Meet at Cycleast at 7:30pm on your Friday night(s) of choice. Campers will roll out of town together to McKinney, led by an employee of Cycleast. The route we take is a chill 12-mile paved ride and as we will be riding in the dark, lights and helmets are mandatory.
- $6 CASH (paid at the McKinney Falls State Park entrance) and open to the public
- Support your local State Parks!
