30/30 Yoga is a unique class for the very beginner or very time crunched! The first 30 minutes is a very beginner level class with gentle flow and restorative movements. Great for the first timer, just starting out or if you are recovering from a tough weekend of bike racing and want to get your week started right! After the first 30 minutes you are free to leave class, if you need to get to work or it's all you can handle that day. You are welcome to stay for the second 30 minutes which will crescendo into a higher paced more intermediate level class. If you just want to show up to blast the through the second 30 minutes you can do that too! There will be a 5 min change over to facilitate new arrivals and people departing.
